Why am I being asked to register to vote?
We understand that not everyone can attend the AGM and this year we are providing the option to do so online to widen the audience.
Who can register to vote?
Anyone living at Graven Hill who is 16 or over.
How do I register?

Does everyone in the household need to register if they want to vote?
Yes. Everyone who wants to vote needs to register.
Can’t I just vote in person like previously?
No. The whole vote is being conducted online. Those who attend the AGM and want to vote on the evening will also need to vote online.
How will I know when to vote?
You will receive a text message with details when the vote opens.
When is the vote?
Voting is from 6pm on January 20th up until the votes are counted at the AGM. This will be at approximately 8:00-8:30pm on January 22nd.
Do I have to check the box for my details to be used for election purposes?
Yes, we ask this because of GDPR. If you do not check this box then we cannot contact you with the necessary details for you to vote.
Will there definitely be a vote?
Possibly not. If each officer position only receives one candidate or fewer than 13 residents apply to join the committee than there will be no need to vote.

This page will be updated with candidate profiles up until the deadline on Tuesday 20th January at 3pm.
I’d like to stand for the committee, what do I need to do?
Any resident of Graven Hill that is 16yrs or older can stand for any position on the committee. You just need to email us at committee@gravenhillra.com with a short profile (no more than 500 words) and details of two residents to nominate and second your candidacy.
